• Water ring vacuum pump for clean and oil free process chamber environment
• Water heating system provided with adequate water storage tank and low-level water preventive device.
• Fore line cold trap unit for condensing the generated water vapor during process cycle.
• Chiller unit provided for circulating the chilled water through fore line trap (condenser)

• Interlocking provided between hot water circulation pump and double walled process chamber water circulation outlet pressure sensing switch
• Heating system is safeguarded with temperature controller which controls the set temperature within the required range
• HMI controller provided to monitor and control all the process parameters
